• Responsible for processing service requests related to corporate connectivity requests. 

• Maintain and monitor multiple corporate sites Palo Alto devices such as Panorama and NGFW model PA-7080 PA-5250 PA-5050 PA-3250 PA-3260 PA-850. 

• Design, install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the vast majority of implementations based on the Palo Alto Networks platform. 

• Knowledge and skills necessary to implement Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Firewall PAN-OS platform in any environment. 

• Handle corporate users connectivity complaints and escalations (via phone, email, remote desktop) by talking to users directly. 

• Join CAB call for change requests assessments then Security Policy provisioning and modification as per approved corporate users' requests. 

• Provide day-to-day IT support for the organization in the corporate area. Troubleshoot and provide possible next steps for problem resolution relative to connectivity concerns. 

• Engage with Palo Alto TAC Support when experiencing unexpected Palo Alto Devices behaviour. 

• May be tasked to coordinate or be a member of various continuous improvement initiatives of the organization. 

• Conduct quarterly and annual Palo alto NGFW and Panorama Healtcheck and Best Practice Assessment. 

• Discuss and plan the necessary steps to implement best practice device management for enhanced granular security of corporate sites. 

• Performs assigned activities or tasks which are aligned to the set objectives by the management.
