I am currently working as a virtual assistant in DTI Management now TicketEvolution which is part of the ticketing industry based in Virginia. I have a one year experience as a customer service representative when I joined the BPO industry as a technical support for two well known telecommunications companies abroad namely OPTUS based in Australia and TMobile based in USA.
