My experience in customer call center services at Airtel Rwanda, customer service delivery, finance, billing and debt recovery has shaped me into being able to work under pressure, be a team player. I have greatly improved with the four years I have worked with Airtel Rwanda across different departments as well as hilltop hotel over the last two years in different responsibilities I have been assigned.

I also had the opportunity to briefly work with RDB in 2007 under a project financed by the World Bank. In this role, I carried out a market research and data collection on a wide range of small and medium enterprises operating in the district of Nyagatare and compiled all the information to submit to the Import and export promotion arm of RDB. I had the opportunity to do data entry onto the World Trade Organization data center of all the SMEs that had been researched about countrywide
