I've worked with diverse brands in various industries and at companies of varying sizes, both B2C and B2B. Working with such diverse brands has equipped me with valuable insight into differing perspectives when it comes to business strategy and the customer experience, knowledge that I'm able to carry over into any industry.

I have a bachelor's degree in marketing and an MBA and have held numerous titles over the past decade, including Marketing Director. Now, I own a consulting company, ZenCom Consulting, that provides a large range of services for your business.
