I am Khristine, a professional technical support representative and an IT analyst with a firm grip of the English language in both spoken and written, a fast learner, an efficient worker that focuses on quality and needs minimal to no supervision when working.

As a technical support representative of 6 years I have done basic to advanced troubleshooting over the phone and through e-mail. I've been administering network connections and I have fixed multiple business network issues. I am comfortable with supporting Windows operating system; how ever I am also knowledgeable with MAC OS. I can setup Outlook for the first time, including outlook servers and how to troubleshoot Outlook errors. I’m best at analyzing computer issues like no boot, no post, no power, and no display. I also know to map a network drive and how to map a printer. I can support Microsoft Office, Chrome, Internet explorer, Java plug-ins, Active Directory, Installation of different applications, and other platforms.

For three years I’ve worked for a cable company that provides internet connection. And with in those years I have mastered troubleshooting network connectivity and server issues. Anti Virus setup and support is also part of the job which they provide the customers for free.
