I do have experience working as a Virtual Assistant/ Admin, my tasks includes data mining, email management, answering inbound calls, messaging our prospect clients for future sales. I've been a Chat Support Specialist wherein we are able to respond clients inquiries in a timely manner. Assistant Secretary in a Construction firm, doing clerical jobs like preparing documents that is needed in bidding purposes, experience using in Microsoft Office and working in a hospitality industry like being a Receptionist and Waitstaff. As a Receptionist, my task includes room reservation, balancing and handling of cash, balancing and doing reports of rooms and food and beverage department, preparing A/R and A/P, assisting clients with room reservation and over the phone.
I have been working in different work force but it has the same priority when it comes to reaching goals/target of the company.
