My professional experience is Data Researcher for 3 years based in the Philippines for an Australian company wherein I research, sort ,categorize and enter advertisements from all media types across Australia on my clients' database. I also have a background in Customer Service (Call Center Agent - Inbound & Outbound) for almost 1 year handling via taking calls for a telecommunications company (Sprint USA). I am good at research, organization and data entry. I am knowledgeable with the tools to utilize to do this task well in a fast and accurate manner. I am required to have top of the line accuracy and productivity on my job as the entries I do are monitored by some of the biggest Australian companies that are subscribed to our service. I am also familiar with Microsoft tools as it is the primary application I use for my input.
