I have a year and two months experience as a Customer Service Representative assisting U.S. customers. In addition, I also have worked as a Payroll Officer in a construction company for two years. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and Power point. Communication is my passion and I believe that in fully comprehending the customer's concerns we will achieve customer satisfaction.
