Letisha Jacobs

I have a strong foundation in Public Sector policies and procedures as I have worked in the Public Sector at various Ministries for more than seven (7) years. I am presently a Job Analyst at The Personnel Department (Chief Personnel Officer) where I am responsible for conducting job analysis and developing job descriptions for offices within the Public Service and public sector agencies. Before that, I held various HR-related positions at Ministries within the Public Service as well as private organizations as well.

While completing my BA (Hons) Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University, my love for Human Resource Management (HRM) grew. By the time I graduated in 2009, I knew that I wanted to pursue a Masters in Human Resource Management. Thankfully that dream was realized and I graduated with my Masters in Human Resource Management from Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business in 2013.

My passion for HR has grown over the years as I see my job in HR as an extension of me being able to help those in need (employees).
