I am a very passionate educator with extensive knowledge of contemporary teaching and curriculum implementation. I worked in Montenegro (my homeland and current temporary residency), the Middle East and United stated in diverse learning environments which made me culturally sensitive and very flexible educator. Regardless to the school or company I work for, my goal is always the same: facilitate students to achieve their goals and obtain necessary skills which will prepare them for the world. Developing life skills and tailoring curriculum content towards students' potentials are crucial steps which enable their success. The power is in knowledge, and as long as students are knowledgeable about their goals and professions they are deemed to success. To be a link between the potential and acquired knowledge in my students' lives is my privilege. As an educator, I demonstrate a strong and effective communication; I do set and have high expectation form my students; I have excellent computer skills and quickly master new technology; I am a flexible team-player who adjusts easily to evolving curriculum. I appreciate promptness, professionalism, and transparency. I utilized various in-class and online teaching approaches working with students at the age of 6-22, which means teaching adult students as well. I love challenge and learning new things, and that is one of the reasons I want to focus my career to online teaching direction because it offers limitless resources and possibilities.
