I have a bachelors in Hospitality Management and started my professional career working at the Walt Disney World Resort. I have over 10 years experience working with customers face to face, and understand the importance of being the "face" of the company. Anticipating the needs of a customer by attentively listening and asking the right questions is a skill that I continuously improve on.
Furthermore I have five plus years working remotely for companies such as VIP Desk, Language Line and Advantmed. I am able to work with minimum supervision, very attentive to details and able to prioritize tasks.
