I have a wealth of customer service experience from a fast-paced insurance brokerage firm. This has aided me in improving my leadership skills and allowed me to develop sound knowledge of building and maintaining professional relationships. Additionally,  I majored in Management Studies (General) and minored in Economics. With this line of studies, I was able to uncover my excellent Mathematical and analytical skills.

I have worked in the banking industry as a Teller and as a Customer Service Representative. Both experiences would have produced sound knowledge of banking procedures. In addition to this, I have worked as a clerical assistant that required excellent organizational skills and basic clerical duties and data entry. During this tenure, I was also responsible for scheduling and administering entrance test for prospective employees. I am computer literate and an advances team player known for a strategic and focused approach with endorsement in leadership, customer service, sales operation and execution, recruiting and on the job coaching. Extremely results oriented and proactive in addressing and resolving issues.
