Working for almost 10 years in business processing outsource companies here in the Philippines helped me to develop my skills and expertise in providing customer service through email, chat, and phone support.

I worked with different companies like Verizon a Telco Company in the United States, BigPond a Telco Company as well based in Australia and Uber which supports all over the world.

Aside from business processing outsource companies, I also have experience as a virtual admin assistant handling an e-commerce store based in Australia.

I am well skilled with the below tools and tasks:

• Zendesk

• Microsoft Office programs

• Google forms.

• Shopify, dropshipping, WordPress, Ebay, Amazon and Woocommerce

• Order processing ( handling refunds, inquiry, reshipment, listing, and disputes.

I am a happy and positive person and joker of the group most of the time. A friendly person, responsible, resourceful, and definitely can work under pressure. I want to make sure that aside from working hard, I have to keep my positivity in place in order for me to provide customer's satisfaction. 

I am a good listener, always open for any challenges, opportunities, and feedback to develop not only my skills but most of all my personality.

Sharing my knowledge and expertise in this field would be one of my accomplishments as a virtual assistant. Most of all, I am much more willing to be trained and to learn more about the products that I am working with, just to make sure that I will give my 100% customer service satisfaction.
