Madhavi Mohan

I have nine years’ experience (2008-17) in the Human Resources field, managing rewards & employee relations for all employees of a leading General Insurance (Property & Casualty) company in India. I have experience in team management, policy writing, management & communication, sales incentive design; and I have consistently been recognized for my outstanding performance in compensation management.

For the past two years, I have co-founded & managed a small home-grown business primarily dealing in manufacturing & selling of apparel & gifting solutions, call “DORR”. We use platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to market our products. My business partner & I have built this brand from scratch, created a strong customer base and have received positive feedback in terms of sales and testimonials.

Since I work primarily from home, I’d like to take up projects to put my skills to good use. I am confident that my overall corporate & entrepreneurial experience, communication/ inter-personal skills and ability to manage stakeholders would enable me to contribute to result-oriented teams/ job roles.

I am good with Microsoft Word & Excel.

Apart from work, I love working out (running 10K, swimming, badminton) and spending time with my friends & family, including my 8 year old pug!
