Post my Masters in MBA with a Specialization in Human Resources, I was with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance India for 9 years. I decided to
switch to being an entrepreneur post my corporate sector stint & I discovered aspects of running a business while pursuing a fitter
lifestyle.
My core competency lies in People management, specially end to end HR operations, rewards, performance management, business
partnering & policy management. I am excellent with MS excel, word & powerpoint and I enjoy public speaking.
Leading teams has been an enriching experience for me and I’ve been appreciated for my leadership skills by the top management. I’ve
worked on projects with cross-functional teams involved in change management, automation, legal proceedings & general office
administration.
As an entrepreneur & co-founder of a small business, I was involved in all aspects; my areas of expertise being communicating to potential
customers via social media, operations and customer service.
