Manuel Edgar Simmons Boudier

My passion for politics has always been at the core of my academic interests. Based on that fact, I decided to pursue an undergraduate degree in Diplomacy and International Relations. I graduated in this field with a Summa Cum Laude honor recognition, ending as the number two student in my class.

In a professional capacity, I have a three-year of experience in the BPO industry, a time in which I have demonstrated to be an excellent professional making sure that clients' priorities are at the core of my everyday business. My work ethic and my results-oriented perspective, along with my analytical skills, allowed me to play different roles in the industry. If I can cite some of them, I would like to mention my work as a technical support advisor, financial specialist, mentor, and recently an SME (Subject Matter Expert).

For every one of the above roles, I assumed with great responsibility, to gain visibility and build a strong knowledge foundation and work environment to be successful.

In a personal capacity, I believe that volunteering is a great act of humanity. During my lifetime, I participated in community projects which gave me a platform to raise awareness about issues, such as workplace violence and education development. Because of my input, the municipal government in my country gave me an award recognizing me as an exemplary citizen in my community.
