I have a total of 6 years working experience in various roles from retail, technology, and educational technology industry as sales and sales support.
In my current role as a support officer, I am responsible in driving customer satisfaction making sure to provide solutions to client concerns and problems. I was able to maintain an 80%-100% weekly average usage for our clients. Other than customer satisfaction, I am also responsible in assisting our account officers in the presentation of the company's products and services to prospect clients.
