Hello, I am a business administrator eager to enter the world of virtual assistant. I studied business administration and I am taking some courses to continue learning and improving, I recently took a course on digital marketing for E-commerce on Coursera, I also took a course on community management and at this moment I am taking a course on Fundamentals of Digital Marketing for continue to grow professionally.
I have experience as an assistant and as a customer service agent. When I was an assistant I was in charge of managing the agenda, organizing meetings, managing merchandise shipments and reception, CRM management, customer service through calls and chats, making quotes and post-sale service.
In addition, I have 3 years of experience in the call center sector where I have been working remotely providing customer support through incoming calls, outgoing calls, chats, emails and messages, I have provided my services to banking campaigns and solar panel companies in areas of support, retention, loyalty, collection and customer service, there I have handled CRM and it has taught me to be a more patient and empathetic person, eager to learn and continue to grow in all possible aspects.
I am also a person with good communication skills, good interpersonal relationships, excellent time management, proactive, with problem-solving skills, I can work under pressure and I really like teamwork. I hope you will give me the opportunity to work in your team to give my best.
