I am a Graduate of Business and Office Administration Services. I started 2013 in BPO Industry and worked as a Customer Support for 4 years now. I've handled multiple platforms including phone, email and chat. I worked as a CSR in Sutherland Global Services for 1 year, tasks were dealing with customers complaints and billing issues regarding Accounting Software (Quickbooks). Then I've decided to do freelancing which provides comfort while working at home. I started as an Email/Chat Suport & Ticket Handling Specialist for a year in an Online Shopping Website tasks were taking orders, determining charges, handling refunds and replacements and tracking delivery status of an item. I worked as a Virtual Assistant in Real State company based in US, tasks were listing properties into Multiple Listing System, making business proposals and contracts, creating invoices and making outbound calls to HOA for fees and other pertinent information. Then I did Sales, Appointment Setting, Data Entry, Call Evaluation in Education, Insurance and Job Opportunities account, transcription and a lot more. I am also an experienced Junior Account Manager for 6 months, I performed professional, managerial, and administrative work, which I handle together with great effort that will surely obtain satisfaction. Previously I worked as a Chat Support in Future Teaching Physicians Lectures LLC for almost a year. Responding to live chat on medical and non-medical concerns, answering customer emails, calling possible and existing clients and social media posting were some of my tasks.

I am flexible, detailed and consistent. I am committed in meeting deadlines and schedules, can manage a high-volume workload within a deadline-driven environment and willing to go beyond expectations when it comes to work and being involved. I have a dependable and strong DSL internet connection with 10 mbps and a pocket wifi and generator set for backup. I am willing to work full time minimum of 40 hrs a week and can start anytime. Fast learner, reliable, hard-worker and multitasking contractor is what you'll get and I aim for creating a wonderful working relationship to my employer.
