I'm almost considered a jack of all trades. I was initially hired 10 years ago as a technical support representative for a telecom company fast in Australia. I have moved to 4 different telecom companies in the last few years and also has a financial background mixed up in the group. I can troubleshoot devices and work android and apple devices hardware and softrware concerts. I have great knowledge when it comes to the english language and excellent customer relation skills. I work well in groupd but can also manage myself alone well with minimum supervision. I consider myself a really learner and would not back down to any innovation or process changes.
