In my 17 years of working experience in various company and businesses, 11 years in local employment and 6 years in overseas. I already encounter different kind of work environment, different kind of people (Nationality) and specially different kind of attitude of a person in regards of being a professional in their work but also in dealing with other person. But what matter most to me is, how you consider your job to your life. because for me I consider my job as my responsibility in life. That is my living, that is were i got to pay my bills and things that I acquired. So being true, honest, with hard work and being committed to your job is the attitude that I always leave with. Having a positive views on how to improve or develop your work system into a much more productive with efficiency is already a big contribution or help that you have given to the company or business. And I don't have any expectation in the company to whom I going to work for, as long as I'm working hard, do my responsibility in the company and comply everything that I need to with good manner, pleasant behavior and respect. I guess what ever the salary that company paid for me is worth beyond my output.
