Has an excellent knowledge on Windows Desktop OS environment, installation, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. Proficient knowledge on Windows Server OS (2003, 2008, 2012 & 2016) installation, support and maintenance, but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDS/TS.
Has an excellent knowledge and experience working on server virtualization VMware, HyperV, Oracle VM VirtualBox.
