I have worked in the Call Center Industry for 6 years and 7 years as a full-time freelancer which has taught me a great deal in time-management, commitment, confidence, excellence, and quality. 

I can work with minimal supervision and can deliver the required tasks in a given timeline with fineness and quality. I have developed my communication skills from the different campaigns I've been assigned to. I am exposed to both Inbound & Outbound Support, juggling from Customer Care, Sales, Appointment Setting and creating e-Commerce sites such as WordPress and Shopify stores online. 

I am giving my 100% dedication to whatever task being given to me. I am fluent in both English Speaking & English Writing. I know there's always a lot to learn that's why I am open to embracing every opportunity that will come my way.
