I've handled real estate campaigns thru phone calls with high-quality performance. I'm into Real Estate now doing cold calling to generate leads for potential sellers. I have worked on different portfolios and also adapted to different time zones. (Australia and U.S). I've done inbound and outbound calls as a sales agent and collections specialist. I've processed the card application and did customer service. I also know how to handle escalation and basic troubleshooting. I'm a target-driven employee who has comprehensive knowledge of interpreting and analyzing relevant data to determine customer service outputs.
