I am a hardworking and motivated person with 2 years of BPO experience in a satellite service account wherein we do the following:

  •Billing

  •Customer service 

  •Technical support

  •Appointment setting

  •Sales/Upselling

I also have 18 months' experience in a healthcare account wherein my job role is:

•Discuss their benefits and type of plan

•Discuss their bills

•Explain claim status and do any disputes and/or escalations.

•Setting up appointments with their providers. 

 I would like to share also my experience working as a library staff where I process book invoices, reach out to book dealers/vendors, do the inventories such as data entry, filtering, and other technical stuff. 

With these experiences I had, it molded me to become an efficient and effective worker doing the job very well and satisfying the clients. I am proud to say I was also a team player, working under their roof I receive recognition for delivering excellent performance and hitting beyond their metrics.
