Customer service is my passion I can say because I have 8 years customer service/ sales experience from Australian Largest popular telephone company with that I have gained my superb English communication skills, handling objections, solving issue and processing sales orders using Siebel system.
I have a great typing skills as well because I am chatting and calling customers to offer mobile, internet or landline. Aside from that I am expert in solving issues with bill dispute and suggesting better plan to solve their long term huge bill every month.
I always exceed the given target of the clients for KPI like NPS, resolution, handling time and sales that is why I am earning extra on top of my monthly salary ever y month.
