I have 4 years of experience in Customer Support. For 2 years have I worked as a Senior Benefits Administration Associate and became knowledgeable of Human Resource processes. I was able to learn skills such as position management, onboarding / offboarding employees, handling payroll concerns and issues, make HR letters, handle time and attendance, leave management, and handling Employee benefits. I also have experience working at an International Telecommunication account where we not only did customer service but also telemarketing and basic tech troubleshooting.
