Apply any updated process guidelines respectively and diligently. Ensure that all received request e-mails are responded and fulfilled. Outbound Call Center Representative The Outbound Customer Contact Rep (OCCR) is responsible for placing outbound calls to customers of a given calling campaign. The OCCR must identify the Decision Maker (DM) and complete the goal of the call as defined by the calling campaign. OCCR must accurately complete a call log for each dial and dispatch emails to all participants that agree to receive one. The OCCR will provide continual customer service and be able to deliver answers to customer’s questions. Cashier As a cashier, I am responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, cash register operations and safeguarding company assets. I also make sure that I have solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service and maintain an awareness of all promotions.
