Supply Chain Support
The Supply Chain Support Representative is responsible for providing support to assigned
Managers and Teams in the creating purchase order numbers from order requests, recreating and correcting data entries and converting multiple data sources in to different formats, running of data sheets in MS Excel based Macros, documentation of reports, and delivering the accurate data output to the requestors in a timely manner. Apply any updated process guidelines respectively and diligently. Ensure that all received request e-mails are responded and fulfilled.
Outbound Call Center Representative
The Outbound Customer Contact Rep (OCCR) is responsible for placing outbound calls to customers
of a given calling campaign. The OCCR must identify the Decision Maker (DM) and complete the
goal of the call as defined by the calling campaign. OCCR must accurately complete a call log for
each dial and dispatch emails to all participants that agree to receive one. The OCCR will provide
continual customer service and be able to deliver answers to customer’s questions.
Cashier
As a cashier, I am responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, cash register operations and safeguarding company assets. I also make sure that I have solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service and maintain an awareness of all promotions. As a junior manager or shift supervisor, I am responsible for ensuring smooth production operation during shift. I also Train and coach production line employees and conduct employee performance reviews. I am also responsible for employee breaks, overtime assignment, and back-up for absent employees. I also coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers. I am responsible to meet shift production goals and responsible for quality control. I make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications and reject product outside of specifications. I also communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Store Manager. I ensure a clean and safe work area, do complete shift paper work and assist in production as necessary
Food Server
As a food server, I set up side station and perform assigned side work. I cordially greet guests; distributes menus and takes orders answering questions and suggests menu items. I then turn order into kitchen and informs kitchen staff of any special requests or procedures. I assemble and serve the order. I check back to ensure members/guests satisfaction. Suggests and serves dessert, coffee, and after dinner drinks. I also present the bill verifying accuracy on all charges. I keep tables, dining room, and service stations neat and tidy, advising manager of any complaints as they occur. I also perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned, attending pre-meal briefings as requested.
