I have more than two decades of experience in coordinating and planning transformation and innovation projects, in various sectors of industry and services, analogic and digital perspectives.

My biggest industrial reference was with the Águas de Portugal Group, at the time with 32 companies, where through the installation of more than 1 million equipment for monitoring and evaluating mechanical behavior, dynamic maintenance plans were created and, consequently, investment plans in the short, medium, and long term.

The reference work in the services area was in the banking sector, with the creation of Digital Signatures. Here, the official implementation of Design Thinking methodologies, sequenced by Scrum, with cross-functional teams, are still today the basis for creating interaction trends and increasing the relationship with internal and external customers.

In 2020 I was lucky enough to start at Fidelidade, in the International IT area, where in addition to the obvious multicultural component, there are infrastructure challenges and ways of creating unique solutions. I recognize the company's commitment to thinking about the future and when I saw this opportunity, I validated what I already knew.

That Fidelidade, on the one hand, wants to streamline the business and, on the other hand, wants to evolve and open paths. I want to grow and develop with people who challenge “normal”, to create a world with more humanized value. I believe that this opportunity meets my expectations and for that reason I present myself here.
