Improvement responsible; Carrying out studies, analyzes and recommendations of adequacy of
the technical processes; Maintenance of licenses, licenses and authorizations for the operation of

departments of the company; Internal training in the specialty gas; Carrying out technical

2016/2017 – EQS - Technology Business Development Manager - Management support in
platform Industrial Digital UNO project. Designed specifically to complex industrial infrastructures,
this platform allows scan of all technical infrastructures in a factory, present them in 3D scan,
collect data from equipment, workers, inspectors, and business, using advanced analysis and
forecasting algorithms. The platform includes real equipment behavior data, technical
maintenance forecasts, allowing the industry to alert the need to intervene in an equipment or
infrastructure. Thus, creating a strategic monitoring plan with real-time indicators, ensuring that
the created history changes and contributes to the forecasts presented. This time optimization
has resulted in a greater efficiency of the monitored industrial processes.
2009/2017 – ISQ – Nacional and European Digital Business Design - I was responsible for
finding out new, national (PT) and international (UK; ESP; NO) business opportunities, both in
private and public sectors. Then I develop with the corresponding technical area, the viability
followed by the technical-commercial proposal. These proposals are also multidisciplinary
because this is the main strength of the ISQ. To do this I need to have the knowledge of the
principal skills of ISQ, control the e-procurement, and know the different public formalities in the
different countries. Clients: SONAE, Águas de Portugal, GALPENERGIA, REN, IP, PETROGAL,
SIDERUGIA NACIONAL, SUMOL COMPAL, EMBRAER, MECHATRONICS, SONANGOL,
SONATRACH, AIR LIQUIDE, VESTAS, ENDESA, VORTAL, ....

2005 – IETS - In 2005 I was invited to work to IETS advisers. During this time, I
was the support of the member of the board in the management of international
projects in several countries of the European Union and Asia. All the management of
integrated proposals were under my supervision, in matters of industrial Safety,
industrial Environment, Laboratories and Training, Quality. I also developed some
skills in international market research.

1998/2004 - ISQ Quality Control - Water and Gas Department - The
year 1999 I was recruited by ISQ in the North of the country, to be responsible for
the control (Calibration and Maintenance) of all the Measure Equipment in the
Department of Gas Inspection.
Between 2000 and 2003, I was responsible for the implementation of the quality
system in the Inspection Department. I created a new department that dealt with
Projects of Gas networks. I opened offices of ISQ in Braga, Viseu and Vila Real. I
was integrated in a team responsible for the program PRONACI (Operational
Program of Intermediate Command).
During the year of 2004 I came to Lisbon to create an e-learning course to teach
the best practices to build a Gas Network in the city, in the perspective of the
Environment, Quality and Safety. In this year I started my career as a trainer in the
courses of “Technician of Gas”, “Maintenance of Gas Networks”, “Builder of Gas
Networks”, and “Designer of projects of Gas Networks”
