I started my career as a Non-Government organization volunteer, I was developing modules for training and workshops. Then I decided to try the BPO industry, from there I was able to develop the skill for Customer services and technical support (mobile and broadband). After sometime I moved to an Engineering firm working as Sale support (Xsplatforms Philippines).
With Xsplatforms I was promoted to handle the Lead Generation In the US and in the Middle East. Until I decided to have my own business. Since I have given the business to my brother. I went back again to work in a Call Centre but was focused on Chat support for Alipay/AliExpress.
