I have 6 years of BPO experience for technical and financial accounts like Comcast, Time Warner and PayPal. My previous employer was Sutherland Global for 2 years wherein I belong to the Disputes and Claims Department. We assists everything from login difficulties, account details and updates up to disputes inquiries, filing, and updates on cases filed. Since we handle almost everything, I was able to handle difficult situations, makes sound judgement, and adapt immediately to different environment and situation.

I also handled technical accounts wherein we are in charge of customer support for US customers during the night (that is why we are on a day shift schedule). Since there are no collections, billings or any other departments opened during our shift, we are also trained for basic collections and billing inquiries aside from the technical support that we provide. Our technical support mainly is too help customers when they have difficulties or technical issues with their internet, cable and phone service.We also schedule on-site technicians for the customers.

The first company I worked for as a BPO agent is Call Matrix ( I think they changed their name). We handle inbound calls, also pure customer support, mainly for mobile balances. We help them recharge, check balance,offer credits, mobile sim registration, handle disputes and SELL simcards and phonecards. I also handled Chat Support wherein we fish for potential buyers on the website. We also sell phones to both Australian and New Zealand Customers.

Aside from my BPO experience , I also worked as a Secretary in the Preschool Department at a prominent school (Poveda Learning Centre) so I have administrative and office knowledge.
