I worked for many Call Center Companies that specialize in Customer Service and Technical specialty. I use Zendesk as platform in different companies (JustFab, NatureBox, Hopsy Beer & Freshly). I worked with channels namely Phone, Email, Chat & Social Media. I also worked with admin tasks as I was a Team Leader throughout my whole career.I can do multitasking no matter how complicated it may be as I am accustomed to changes. I have excellent English communication skills and also observe being enthusiastic when talking to people.
