I am a young Nigerian lady, enthusiastic, resourceful and passion driven individual with over a decade graduate work experience and strong academic business background. I offer excellent work- ethics and prioritization abilities developed through balancing of rigorous employment objectives. My career has led me to specialize increasingly in customer services, enterprise sales management, process supervision, performance management and reporting, and financial reporting.

I am presently in charge of the back office service in the enterprise business Group of one the leading telecommunication company in Nigeria.

My work entails managing the company’s business relationship with her top 30 enterprise customers in terms of annual revenue, identifying process and account management challenges and ensuring timely resolutions, monthly service credits award and attaining hitch free services across regions and business offices.
