Having been a Customer Service Representative in the Oil and Gas Sector for nine years, I have been able to maintain and assist customers in keeping up with the company trend. As a result of my interpersonal and communication skills, I have understood how to relate with customers, have developed impeccable conversation manners, learned how to deescalate tension in the cases of disgruntled customers. I am good with multi-tasking and can work effectively under little or no supervision. My experience as a business consultant, and brand partner with a Swedish Cosmetics Brand, has also helped me develop leadership skills, hone my organizational skills, and improve my knowledge of customer relationships, sales, marketing, and product advertising.
