More than six year in customer service all throughout BPOs, I started my career as a customer service agent, developing myself in the following areas: sales, tech support, retention, customer service; and I was promoted to floor support agent; then, supervisor, manager, and then team manager for an e-mail support campaign, ramping the Honduras account. as well I have been manager and assistant for USA based company trained in the USA for the position. I am really good at customer service and have a lot of experience not only in calls but also in Live chat support, Social Media, Tickets and E-mail support.
