Throughout my career I have repeatedly implemented and executed operational tools to successfully increase office productivity and efficiency, as well as an unparalleled customer service record. I am an absolute advocate of teamwork and implement its importance in all my decisions. I thrive under pressure and gladly leap feet first into any situation that challenges my existing skill set.

* Solo office management of more than 15 full time employees and multiple sub-contractors including payroll, commissions, PTO tracking, licensing and insurance requirements.
* Permitting, Full charge of receivables/payables, bank reconciliation and expense report verification.
* A strong financial background and excellent administrative skills.
* Payroll, 1099, commissions, change order tracking and subcontractor “extras”.
* Project Management (including creating “user friendly” excel spreadsheets to track all jobs and job costing).
* Procedural design and setup of office procedures to enhance both time management skills and profitability.
* I pride myself on completing tasks ahead of deadlines while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and professionalism including the ability to adapt and employ the best procedures for whatever comes up.
