My work background is broad in providing data entry service in a professional manner, using Microsoft office programs at an advanced level including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access, Google docs/sheets, entering alphanumeric, numeric and/or symbolic data from documents into the computer, creating invoices/packing lists/contracts and email to customers/vendors, scheduling client meetings, handling multiple calendar/schedules for multiple clients, events planning, answer customer inquiries both over the phone and in person, collecting payments, light accounting, managing calendar, clerical duties, filing, scanning and photocopying, and my technical skills allow me to develop improvements to business and data management processes. I also have experience with some CRM platforms, such as Basecamp, Highrise, Infusionsoft, AppointmentCore, and Rightsignature. In addition, I can type 70 words per minute and use the 10 key by touch with 11,500 keystrokes per hour. I am recognized for my ability to prioritize assignments and work independently as well as within a team. I accomplished my duties by communicating with customers, meeting deadlines, working individually with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, and working directly with managers and CEOs.
I am always eager and willing to learn new system/software. I have been given the opportunity to learn new software at my previous jobs and I was using the software at an advanced level within my probation period. I am very good with numbers.
