**My career started as a internet cafe manager and owner for 2 years, at the same time I was a freelance computer technician and during that time I was able to maximize my knowledge about computers, programming and encoding using Microsoft Office. I change career to a Call Center Agent because, I want to explore more and want to try a different profession. My first Company was Sutherland Global services working with Norton by Symantec , we troubleshoot Anti-virus issue’s and part sales but not hard selling for almost a year and was given an offer to work in Teleperformance Philippines with Comcast for almost a year, then I transferred to Next BPO Solutions with Macrotech specializing on hotel WiFi in California region for a couple of months, and was given a bigger offer to work with Convergys Philippines that was with TWCBC which is Spectrum Business today I was promoted to level 3 technician with that I handle all platforms like Internet, Public WiFi, Cable TV and Phone. I was with Convergys for almost 3 years and finally decided to change career as a Freelance or as a Virtual Assistant. My first job as a Virtual Assistant is with All America Tech as a Virtual help desk more likely as a Front desk. **
