FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources
Payroll and Time management in SAP and in MS-Excel
HR Audit with government bodies as well as company auditors- related to salary, reimbursement, F&F, tax and non-compliances
Define and Set the sourcing plans for specific channels based on the recruiting targets and budget and ensure it is in line with the company’s business and marketing strategy
Understanding and following the Recruitment policies and SOP.
Preparing Recruitment Requisition summary.
Instruct, review recruitment materials such as Job Descriptions.
Screening and shortlist resumes, scheduling interviews, conduct preliminary round of interviews and coordinate with Department HOD with regard to final selection process.
Recruiting employees and contractors directly through network, job portals, Internet, agencies and referrals.
Maintenance and Updating of the Interview Results in the Recruitment Database.
Perform candidate interviews, reference inquiries and salary negotiation.
Releasing Offer/appointment letters of final selected candidates.
