I have been working within an oil &gas company as a Junior Project Manager and Business Analyst Expert over the past 3 years, where I have provided support for the analysis of the business activities and I have recommended ideas for improving the business efficiency.
Furthermore, I am extremely proficient in performing extensive complex analysis of business needs, planning and designing of business processes. I also have a vast experience in analyze deviation causes for the KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and monitor the status of countermeasures defined, developing requirements and establishing traceability to the business vision and ensuring that the requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable, unambiguous and capable of being implemented.
