I work with a Microsoft partner support their customers using the Microsoft Office 365 suite of solutions. Users are from all over the world but mostly from the US and UK. I am supporting the Sharepoint Online part of Office 365. I have spent a lot of time working of the Microsoft Exchange Server. This is a tech support facility and the profile involves answering support tickets and working with customers to troubleshoot issues they have reported. Having spent most of my working career in the IT technology area I am very comfortable with technical troubleshooting.
