I was a customer service representative for several BPO companies here in the Philippines. Accounts that I handled were Medical Accounts like United Healthcare and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, just to name a few. Both Provider services, to which we cater calls from providers and answer queries about benefits and claims for their patients. I did try being a VA as well for a short while and looking forward to have a long term VA journey. My VA task was to update client records in AMS 360. Do basic bank reconciliation, do cold calling and other basic admin task . I know that it was a short while and I could say that I am still a newbie in the VA industry, but I am looking forward to being working for a long-term client in VA. I am a fast learner and open to all challenges. When I was at VA we used Hubstaff as our time checker. Kinda familiar about some of its features. I really want to become a full-time VA and I am looking forward to being part of your company. Though I am not an expert yet in all VA things, I can guarantee my full time and effort to be productive and a team player to whoever my client will be. During the pandemic, almost all of us started switching to virtual jobs, and for us to be able to cope with the fast trend of new learning to be able to have a virtual job. I did try to read and watched videos about what to learn to become a VA. To at least prepare myself and be able to help my future client with all the tasks that needed to be done. But without the actual application of the learning, I cannot confidently say that I am good. I want to be better and I would love to have a career in Freelancing. And with your company hoping to start a new job. Hopping to have a chance to prove my willingness to help as VA and have a good career with you. Thank you so much .
