I am a dedicated Technical Support Specialist/Customer Support for more than 6 years. I've been dealing with customers regarding their technical concerns with their internet/computer, phone and t.v services. I also help them with their account related problem providing them their billing information and services that we can provide in our company that they can add on their account, I do as well work with their order providing them information and tracking what is really happening with their account. Doing some admin task such as data entry, ticket scrubbing, extracting daily reports and sending extracted daily reports to our management. I'm good at technical stuff I can quickly learn different software if needed in my field of work, since we are using different software tools in our company.
