I am a driven and competent professional, always seeking opportunities to thrive, grow, and contribute to the success of the companies I've worked and will work for. I have a strong command of English - both oral and written - allowing me to flawlessly handle both sales and customer support calls and demos. My first year as a Business Developer for a U.S. Software Startup was a huge success as I was able to close huge deals and exceed my sales target. I've also been assigned to lead the company's outbound sales initiative where I got to generate a database of leads for cold calling. As for my stint in the online teaching space, I was able to climb through the ranks and wear several hats as a Business English Trainer for Japanese professionals, Quality Assurance Specialist (tasked to mentor new hires), and Support Coordinator (assisted in company's daily operations). My four years of tenure in the online work field makes me a credible remote professional. Besides my competencies in the areas of communication, sales, and administration, I do have a strong work ethic.
