I am currently working as a Customer Service Representative (Non-voice) for a 3PL in the US from May 2020. I received a lot of appreciation from our clients, customers, and superiors regarding my performance. I was even recognized as customer support of the year 2020 even though it is my first online job.
Before the pandemic, I was working as a PA at events for around 4 to 5 years. When my boss decided to stop accepting events due to the pandemic, I had to look for another job and I got lucky. I was hired as a Customer Support.
I am currently looking for a long-term job with a better opportunity, to practice my skills or better learn new skills.
I learn fast, and I ask a lot of questions until I fully understand the task but not to the point that I become annoying. But one thing is for sure once a task is given to me, I will try my best to get things done. Most of my tasks are self-taught.
I am available to work 40hrs/week and am willing to extend if needed.
