I worked in the BPO industry for nine years. I was trained and assigned to different accounts both for voice and non-voice. I also handled various roles such as Customer and Technical Support, Subject Matter Expert, and Quality Auditing Analyst. My previous job was at Accenture Inc. where I worked for 7 years which focused on upskilling, leading to a lot of performance recognition and career promotions. From Customer Support, I was promoted as Senior Quality Analyst.
