I am an experienced CPA with attention to detail and has technical skills in managing all types of accounts and transactions with vast knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, Xero.

I had an experience as Virtual Bookkeeper in construction business in Houston, Texas (USA) which my tasks were bookkeeping using QBD such as Bank and CC reconciliation, A/R and A/P management, crafting financial statement analysis report, budget versus actual monitoring. Through my (3) years financial analysis report, the owner understands asset and profit growth of the company.

I work also as Virtual Bookkeeper in accounting firm in New York (Accountants LLC) which my tasks are bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, and other various accounting activities.

Furthermore, I was also working with an IT Company in Canada as Virtual Bookkeeper. My duties were

sending invoices and statement of accounts to clients, recording expenses, bank and credit card reconciliation and A/R and A/P monitoring. I prepare financial statements like balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cashflow statement, financial budgets, highlights and ratio analysis.

Employed as Virtual Bookkeeper in the real estate company assigned in invoicing and marketing. In charge in posting of various marketing invoices and sending of invoices to clients, reconciling sales accounts generated to various agents/clients, posting of expenses from various receipts, bank and credit card statements.

I had also experience as Virtual Bookkeeper in Massage and Spa with various branches. I am responsible for daily posting of transactions, bank reconciliations, recording of sales and expense transactions, crafting of various monthly financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, cashflow statement) and consolidating of financial reports.

Moreover, I handled non-profit organizations as Virtual Bookkeeper which my duties and responsibilities were daily posting of transactions from online bank feeds, bank and credit card reconciliation, reconciliation of undeposited funds, reconciliation of income and donations, recording of various expenses, reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable, generation of various financial statements and reports and preparation budget versus actual financial reports.

And lastly, I handled E-commerce bookkeeping in Shopify which my task are posting of sales, inventory purchases, reconciliation of customer payments, and generation of financial monthly reports from QBO and Shopify.
