I am a dynamic experienced Certified Public Accountant with strong attention to detail and excellent
technical skills in managing all types of accounts and transactions.
With vast knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, Xero
and company-based developed accounting software in managing business accounts, daily financial
transactions and various significant financial reports.
I had a notable experience in the virtual world as Virtual Account/Bookkeeper in the construction business
in Houston, Texas (USA) that specialized in the flooring construction industry which my primary tasks and
responsibilities were bookkeeping using such as Bank and Credit Card reconciliation, A/R and A/P
management (includes calling of customers and suppliers), crafting financial statement analysis report,
budget versus actual monitoring and other various financial reports. I also used Google Suite for
documents and information management systems, especially for the online sharing of various financial
documents of the company. Through my three (3) years financial analysis report, the business owner
understands the asset and profit growth of the company on a yearly basis. I made improvements also to
their accounting department for enhanced and solid bookkeeping procedures.
I also had experience as a Virtual Bookkeeper in company sales representative in machine component
sales in Orlando, Florida, USA and Taiwan which my tasks are daily bookkeeping. I do also make Sales
Order Monitoring Report, Booking of Orders Monitoring Report and Billings Monitoring Report, preparing
commission invoices, commission statements and other types of financial and non-financial reports. In
this company, I made a well-enhanced sales order, booking, billing and backlog monitoring report that
would have an impact on the efficient monitoring of orders, receivables and cash collections.
I was also employed in an agricultural company (LLC) in Florida as a Virtual Bookkeeper. My main tasks
were posting of financial transactions, bank and credit card reconciliation, crafting basic financial
forecasting and budgeting.
I previously work also as Virtual Bookkeeper in a small accounting firm in New York (Accountants LLC)
which my tasks are bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, and other various accounting activities
that assist the owner of the firm.

tracking. I am the person in charge in posting of high-volume marketing invoices, recurring invoices, camp
