My name is Samuel Dominic, and I am an experienced executive assistant with excellence experience in the industry. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated exceptional communication, planning, and prioritization skills, resulting in a proven track record of success.

I am highly proficient in a wide range of administrative tasks, including expense tracking, organizational skills, email management, invoice tracking, data entry, calendar management, remote work support, administrative support, managing executive schedules, data research, and compilation, as well as performance improvement.

Currently, I work as an executive assistant at Deino Maritime Ltd., where I provide administrative support to senior executives, including coordinating meetings, responding to emails, conducting research, and tracking funds. In my previous roles, I have served as a chat support executive at foodmaxx Nig Ltd where i increase customers engagement through social media and increased customers satisfaction by resolving issues.

Before that, I worked as an Inventory Manager at Dulux Colour Center, Uyo Where i Labeled, organized and located inventory items in staging areas on shelves according to quantity, size, or type of material and also recorded information, shortages, and discrepancies to keep records current and accurate.

 I am proficient in relevant software and technical skills, ensuring that I can meet tight deadlines and exceed quotas. Additionally, I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess outstanding leadership skills, allowing me to work collaboratively with team members to streamline workflow and optimize personnel strengths.

In 2021, I obtained a National Diploma(ND) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Trinity Polytechnic Uyo , and in 2022, I received certification as a virtual assistant from ALX Africa. I have also completed Conflict Management with Emotional Intelligence and Computer Appreciation courses from Udemy and Karox, respectively.

 I have continually improved my skills to stay current with technological advancements, including using cloud-based tools to collaborate with remote team members, social media management tools, and accounting software. These skills have allowed me to quickly adapt to new work environments and successfully manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

As an executive assistant, I have honed my skills in managing executive schedules, tracking expenses, and conducting research to provide detailed reports on various business topics.
